New Black Panther Leader Gets Robbed & Calls Cops, Their Response Is Priceless
A leader of the New Black Panther Party was robbed at gunpoint when he realized his anti-cop attitude was going to have to take a backseat. However, after calling 911 and requesting police assistance, the responding officers had a perfect response for him.
Muhammad, formerly known as Clarence Jones before taking the name of the Muslim prophet and slave owner of blacks, is the leader of the Tampa chapter of the NBPP. However, that didn’t stop him from being robbed by one of the black lives he says matters.
As Muhammad was walking home from working as a DJ at a club in Ybor City, he was stopped by 18-year-old Antwan Robertson. Robertson demanded Muhammad and the 2 other people he was with give up their possessions, according to Fox News.
“I was approached by a young black male who just came up to me and said, ‘Give me your earrings and your backpack,’” Muhammad told Fox 32, “He took everything I had. At the time, he didn’t take my cell phone, and that’s what made me call 911.”
Forced to call for help from the one group most controversial to the black community, Muhammad waited for police to get there. When local law enforcement arrived, they did exactly what most of us would expect — their job. The officers assisted the robbery victims and wasted no time in tracking down Robertson hiding in a dumpster. Robertson was arrested and charged with armed robbery, possession of a firearm, and possession of drugs.
Officers returned Muhammad’s stolen jewelry, backpack, laptop, and ID after they apprehended the suspect, which he says has given him a new appreciation for police.
Not only does Muhammad have a new outlook on the police, he is shifting his focus to more critical issues affecting the black community. The NBPP leader has reiterated that he and his chapter will focus on black-on-black crime, which is statistically higher than any other brutality against blacks.
“Police can be hostile and very belligerent. Friday night, I met some officers who [were] about business, and that was getting a bad guy off the street,” said Muhammad. “To just go out late at night and throw your life away, robbing people, that’s hurting. Every black life is valuable right now, especially a black male, and for him to keep going on with the norm, continue with the process of going to jail and ending your life like that, as our boys are doing nowadays, it’s very hurting.”
Muhammad has vowed to focus on building healthy relationships between law enforcement and the black community, rather than refusing to speak with police and demanding a salary just because he is black, which happens to be the goal of many BLM activists, Blue Lives Matter points out. Even more so, Muhammad is going against everything his organization embodies, especially since NBPP supreme leader King Samir Shabazz continuously advocates to “kill white babies.”
Many activists within the NBPP and Black Lives Matter would have us believe that officers would shoot Muhammad just because of his race but they didn’t. Why? Because Muhammad didn’t threaten the officers, have a warrant out for his arrest, or given them any reason to react. In fact, when faced with 2 black people, they arrested the criminal and assisted the law-abiding citizens.
When Muhammad was being oppressed by a black man, he couldn’t expect his NBPP or the BLM to help. However, local police were there within 10 minutes, delivering justice on behalf of someone who could very well hate them.
The truth is that black lives don’t matter to Black Lives Matter or the New Black Panther Party. Not one activist in either organization has ever uttered even a hint of condemnation of modern Muslims owning over 14 million black slaves. In fact, every time I’ve attempted to recruit them to campaign for this plight, they change the subject faster than Hillary got over Benghazi.
Black activists are fooling themselves into believing that segregation will strengthen their population or solve any of their grievances. Too many of them have embraced racism, hatred, and violence in a futile effort to combat what’s a much smaller problem than their own brutality against one another.
